advice needed on upcoming test, helpppp my time is running out :(
I'm 5'1 108 lbs, 27 years old. Been smoking high quality stuff everyday for the last 3 years, on average a joint a day... sometimes more, sometimes less. I have a 10 panel screen at labcorp coming up on Monday for a healthcare program. Smoked the rest of my 'dro on June 17th and from the 18th-31st smoked maybe 2 or 3 times (couple hits off a blunt of shitty mids each time.) Didn't smoked 31st- July 4th and took 2 hits off another mids blunt on the 4th. Haven't smoked since then. Started testing myself with home kits last Saturday (9 days of not smoking at all) and tested negative. I've been taking home tests every day pretty much and have passed all of them, although some of the first void ones were kind of faint. I like the First Checks better because they produce a darker line for me than the cheap little strips do. Plus they are 99% accurate. I have a few days left to stress so I just wanted to see what everyone's opinion on me passing was. I scheduled the test for the afternoon so I have plenty of time to dilute, although I tried diluting the other day and ended up with pee that looked like water and it took 4 hours for the B2 to hit my system and by that time my pee looked like highlighter soooo not sure if I should risk heavily diluting (and I don't think I should really need to based on the home tests.) Are the home tests good indicators that I will pass a immunoassay with the same 50 ng cut off level? Just took a home test a few minutes ago:

Ugghh someone please help me, I think I'll be ok but who knows? I know I should have stopped sooner but obviously I'm an idiot. Still planning on diluting with cranberry juice for the next few days and creatine loading this weekend. I'm fairly active because I work in a restaurant at the moment and have been taking ginger root the last few weeks along with Yogi detox tea once a day although I'm not sure that has helped at all. I cannot fail this test but I'm too scared to sub for fear of getting the temp right. I'd much rather take a risk with my own pee which might be clean than risk them finding out I subbed or the temp not being right. Advice? Words of encouragement? Anyone? As of Monday, it will be 17 days of complete abstinence.Little16One Reviewed by Little16One on . advice needed on upcoming test, helpppp my time is running out :( I'm 5'1 108 lbs, 27 years old. A faint line is still a negative. It means nothing else.
If your home tests are consistently negative with the first-mornings void, youre good to go.

Thanks, feeling a bit more confident now. I'll let everyone know what the results are when I find out. Doing a dry run tomorrow then Monday is the day!

I think your good but if you want to be risk free I recommend quickfix urine. Recently used for pre employment drug screen and passed very easily. Hope this helps! I was as nervous as can be as well!

Thanks, Toast! What do you make of the random posts about people passing home tests then failing the real deal? I figure that there is always a reasonable explanation for those... (didn't use first void of the day, random fluctuations of metabolites, insanely faint lines that don't constitute real passes, etc.) but I just wanted to get your opinion. It's the only thing keeping me up at night at this point... My test is a 10 panel at labcorp and I know they only reserve GC/MS for presumptive positives so I think I should be ok with all the home tests I've clearly passed at several different points during the day over the past week.

I know that immunoassay and GC/MS are functionally the same but isn't there a chance that the level of the particular molecule they are looking for with GC/MS (THC-COOH or something, I believe?) will be higher than 15 ng since it is the most prevalent metabolite of THC that remains in the body? Isn't that why they use that molecule for GC/MS? I understand how both tests work and honestly, if a false positive is caused by something I may have taken just randomly, I definitely want them to do GC/MS to confirm that I'm not positive. Just a little confused why they picked that particular one to use. Also, if I'm on a prescription medication and get a positive for another type of drug, do they use GC/MS across the board for all drugs to confirm the presence of that one? The way I understood it, GC/MS is very expensive and they only use it to confirm a presumptive positive for one certain drug molecule and not all of them.
