If youre consistently testing negative with the first void, youre good to go. No need for any dilution. Just drink enough fluids to where youre able to produce a sufficient amount of urine sample at the facility. Going overboard will increase the chances of a "too-diluted" result (even if the sample has a nice yellow color to it) which would spoil what would otherwise be a straight-up negative result.
