thanks BT..with 2 days left I don't think its possible for me to get one..im still going to take a bottle just in case..however I will probably do the half dilution method..Ive been taking creatine supplements for 3 days now..2 in the morning and 2 in the evening..daily dose is 6 but I take 4..I plan on bbq'ing some medium rare tri-tip tomorrow that I will aslo grub on the day before the test and most likely for breakfast the day of the test..if that even helps..I will be drinking Gatorade and 2 b2 vitamins in the morning and 2 more about an hour before the test..I don't want to over do it with 10 b2's and piss green for the test for that will raise some eyebrows..from my experiments yesterday 2 b2's and then 2 more about 1-2 hrs later will keep me just the right color..Im going to take about 4 rolaids before test and i'll be grubbing on some salty sunflower seeds all morning long to get that salt in my system again if that even helps at all but just to be safe.. I don't want to over dilute so i'll probably start with a few glasses of Gatorade to get my urine going piss about 3-4 times and then slow it down to about a tall glass every 30 minutes for about 2 hrs and then 1 hr before the test i'll slam 1 big bottle and take 4 more rolaids and 2 b2's..so about 3-4 tall bottles of Gatorade and about 1-2 bottles of cranberry juice should do me right im thinking..any feedback or objections would help me out bigtime again I don't want to over dilute because im borderline clean as it is and my 1st option is my substitute bottle but if for some reason I cant make it happen i'll be half diluted just in case i'll let you guys know how it goes..this site is very helpful thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and special thanks to the very knowledgeable moderators! peace
