First timerI am growing for the first time ever. Some older people have vegetable garden and some have stuff they can use! So first I was dumb enough to start it in the ground, bugs bunny found it I think itā??s coming back to life I start doing some more research and find out humidity is really bad, Hence the problem, I am growing outside in Florida. I really canā??t grow indoors so should I just scrap the project? Out of 10 seeds only 1 germinated, so before I actually spend money on seeds I wanted to do a trial run. Any advice would be appreciated. This particular plant is 6 weeks old if that tells anyone anything. Thanks everyone.Attachment 292937Attachment 292938 k1cobraa Reviewed by k1cobraa on . First timerHey K1, don't scrap anything yet. The plant looks pretty good for 6 wks. Humidity can cause bud rot during flower. Some buds rot others don't. I'm sure there are other people that grow outside down there in Fla. and they have to deal with the humidity as well. Heck I live way up the coast in Mass and I have to deal with humidity.

Maybe instead of buying seed, find a friend that has some brick weed seed. Use this to learn via trial and error before you start spending good money on seed. If you only got 1 in 10 to germinate you did something wrong or got bad seed. Growing weed is actually pretty easy but there is a learning curve to get the best results. I have been growing since the 80's and I am still learning all the time.

First timerOne other idea for you to try. There are some real small branches sticking at the bottom of the plant. Prime clones in a week or so. Let them get a little bigger and try to clone the branches. A quick search will get you all the info you can handle on cloning. If the plant turns out female you already have some clones to work with to try another harvest. No seed needed.
