    The claw leaf effect could be from over watering. Excess Nitrogen can cause this as well but the leaves should be a much darker green if excess Nitrogen was the issue. The spotting may be a deficiency of magnesium or insect damage, not sure.

    I would read up on deficiencies. You know the details better than I can figure by looking at a pic. There could be many other reasons for the condition of the plant. Read up before you jump in head first. Let the soil dry out. Some strains, especially indica dominate, do not like wet feet. So start with letting your soil dry out before watering again. This should give you plenty of time to diagnose any further problems. Hope that helps
