I Need Help please I got a few defiencies can someone tell me what they are?!

This is my first grow. I see few defiencies in my plant I don't know what they are. It's 14.5" inches La confindential strain. There's some white spots, some bumps in my one of my new leaves that are coming out, some yellow spots in one of my top leaves And Etc.

Can someone please reply to me Soon as possible!!

Go to the store and get some Schultz 10-15-10 fertilizer in liquid form. Put 7 drops in a gallon of water and water plant with it. Then let the soil dry out and transplant into a bigger container with more potting soil. The use of a meter on a soil grow, in my opinion, isn't necessary.
