Where can I get the coco from? Are you saying a coco and ocean soil 50/50 mix? Or is 50/50 referring to the type of coco? Sorry for the confusion

First Time growing question Hello all, I've done a fair amount of reading up on my nutrients and I'm still debating whether I want to do and indoor or outdoor soil grow. I understand the precautions to both. My question is since I'm a first time inexperienced grower I want to avoid too much transporting.... Once I germinate and my beginner seeds start to sprout I'm gonna toss them in a small pot of FF Ocean soil... After about two weeks can I go straight into a 5 gallon bucket/pot?
