Appreciate Any Advice On My Budget White Widow Grow Setup

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place . Would really appreciate any feedback. I'm doing the best with I can with limited resources. The grow is Spanish White Widow. They are about five and half weeks into flowering. Thanks for any advice.
