helpp! plant seems to be unhappy **pics**

I'm new to this, but I have this clone that seemed to be growimg well, then all of a sudden it started looking droopy the bottom leaves are starting to turn yellow, I have 6 cfl on it 2 3000 k 23w 2 6500k 23w and 2 6500k 26w , I haven't watered it in about a day now, thought I might be over watering it, I just transplanted it in to a bigger pot 2 days ago, I'm not feeding any nutes but I have 10-15-10 for it when I do start, any ideas how to get my baby girl happy again? also when should I start the nutes? the soil I'm using is merical grow
