the best way i have found is to grind it up and cook it in veg oil on med low heat for a little while... it'll depend on the type of bud and grade of it you're using for the length of cooking time, but you'll be able to see a change and taste it for sure... then just use that oil in place of anything that uses oil. Browines are classic... cookies work, it's good on pasta... hell i drink the shit srtaight... good luck with it though... let me know if you need anymore details...
