Pass a Drug test 5'9 190lbs

My ultra conservative parents busted me and are making me pay for everything at school for next semester and that if I want to receive help in the spring next year, I have to pass a drug test when i come home in December. That gives me months to prepare, so I was wanting a game plan for when to quit before the test to pass. I'm 5'9 ~190lbs, about 15-20lbs overweight and I smoke probably a g a week of dank at school. Any help is greatly appreciated.
