Sureproof way to pass hair follicle test?

Since this job is for the railroad, I am guessing this COULD be a hair test.

Employers and employees in the railway industry are covered under the regulations mandated by DOT. Under the regs, only body fluids are the specimens to be collected and tested - not hair.
