To address your questions;

Leave them under the CFL for another 2 weeks or so.
Do not water them with pond water, or any nutes yet, they are too young.

Wait until the cotyledons start to brown and shrivel.
That means they are ready for a light snack, very light, about an 1/8 of full dose nutes.
Wait until they are at least as tall, and as wide as their container before even thinking about up-potting.
And basically, leave them be for a while, they look jus' fine.
