first grow log

I jus had a quick question if I start my flowering stage should I repot before I make the switch or can I do it while its budding

I have here five big bang 2 seeds from gorilla seed bank an one white widow an one purp plant all from gorilla seed bank I germinate for two days in a glass of water . When I seen a small piece of root on all them which was about the end of day two I put them in a paper towel till the root was a inch or so . Then I planted them in some small pots with miracle grow seed starter soil . I use bottle water cause my tap water is to high in ph its over 7.5 so with Rating: 5

I'm not sure my lights hangs down about a foot from the top of my tent an I want to flower in four or five gallon pots. My tent is only six feet high but I can't use only five of that due to the light hanging down so I might scrog the pic I jus posted I took last week I haven't took one for this week yet I might do today

well this here is my three week update . i think i fucked up my plants bad i tried fimming them an some of the tops just stop growing all together what can i do to try an fix it or to get them to start growing again its been four days since i cut them an little to no growth on the tops at all please help
