if no one has told you yet it is texas star hibiscus (i know i cant spell)
so nope sorry it is not cannabis (i make this educated guess by comparing some pics off google) but if you still are not sure look for lil white flowers with petals (careful not to be fooled by the male cannabis flower that is also white)

Wow man. Let me put this as simple as I can. Let them grow until they begin to look like christmas trees and chop 'em down, hang 'em to dry in a dry place, and after they become a bit crispy and dry that smoke 'em (or cure 'em and then smoke em)
