Good growers require clearer questions with much more information to give any useful assistance.

We don't even know if that's the indoor or the outdoor.
All you will get is wild assed guesses.

Seriously the quality of help is a dependent on the clarity of the question.
Put in a little more effort and we will take a shot at it.

    Mo betta.

That just might be caused by broad, or cyclamen mites, the damage could be viral, but that usually starts with bug bites.
After the bug is gone, damage lingers on.
'twere my plant I'd do a partial branch-ectomy before it spreads.

Then cut out the terminal shoot out of the amputate and get a good look.

Spider mites can be seen with the naked eye.
    Broad mites can not!
They are extremely tiny and you will need a 100X 'scope to ID the buggers.
Broad mites have regularly spaced bumps on their tiny eggs, cyclamen's eggs are smooth ovals.

I'd cut a slice of potato and put it on the soil of your indoor plants as well for about 12 hours, then scope it.

Odds are, if you have them outdoors, they will find a way in.
Did I mention how tiny they are?

The outdoor problem is the least of your worries.
Natural predators may have already cleaned 'em up.

Once you identify the vector, do a search here for the remedy.
    We'll be happy to help.

Lol i would hate to be your plants. Do you always tell ppl to hack there plants before really knowing what the condition is cause if you cant see that it a deficiency then you need a lil more experience!

Do the basics check the soil PH the water PH look for bug damage on the stalk and see what the roots look like. It could be viral or bacterial if they are in the same soil and are all doing it that's where I Would look you said you used garden soil too that may be a problem , good luck.
