Would you tell me some stuff that you know about it? Advice? Anything that you think will help me master meditation and get me to the point to astral travel again? But I or should we say we had it all wrong.. The first time I tried it I felt great and I loved it. I just started meditation recently but I have not mastered it. I took a test that shows how open your charkas are and my third eye and my crown where the top ones. Then my naval was open but it wasn't active. The rest were under active. So I am trying to make them active as well as my naval by meditating of course. Yesterday (June 26, 2013) was the first day that I started to open my charkas. Started from the root charka and tomorrow I am going to move up to the next one and so on. I'm focusing on one a day. Once I reach my crown I am going to start at the root again. Or do you think its best just to work on my naval and the ones that are under active? (not open) Then once I open them I can work on them all? Or what do you think?
