LST WHILE IN FLOWER?

Is it OK to perform low stress training when the plant is in flower? Will it cause the plant to go into shock? I need more light on my innermost flowers. Thanks for your help.

I do it all the time. Sometimes I over due it ...but, they don't seem to mind?

I do it anytime, as needed. The plants react positively if the training exposes more sites to the light.
