    Some advice

Hey all. Just straight to the point. I have 6 Thc bomb strain seedlings in cups of ocean forest soil. I have started them out on a 250w mh with reflector. I have a fan blowing, and my temp is at around 80,82 with humidity at 0%.(I live in Colorado Springs, where all the wild fires are.) I have seen amazing plants grown at 0% humidity and am hiss wondering of anyone has any general knowledge for me based on what I've told you. Positive or negative feedback accepted

According to weather.com, humidity in Colorado Springs is 59% this morning. What is happening that you have zero humidity in your grow area?

Must be one heck of a de-humidifier. On the plus side mold should not be an issue.

I think it's the combo of my light And 2 fans to keep the temp at 78-80. I placed the cups in a large plastic storage bin with the lid off under light Nd filled about an inch of water and in getting 45-50 humidity now.

Are you saying you put the cups that hold your plants directly into water? If so that is a very bad idea. Dont reply just run to your grow and take them out of that water before they die.

If that's not what your saying then ignore what I just said.

Don't worry about your humidity right now. As the plants grow they will give off plenty of water raising the humidity in your grow room. At which time you may need a de-humidifier. High humidity to my knowledge is only good for cloning. Cover clones with food storage bags or put them in a humidity dome to increase the humidity of the air around the clone, No need to turn your entire grow room into a sauna.

During flower the lower you can keep the humidity the better off you will be. High Humidity is a breeding ground for mold and fungi and can ruin a harvest before it's time.

Hope this helps a little. Read some of the sticky posts. Read everything you can. The truth is out there don't just take my word for it.
