Those aren't true leaves they are an energy source for the plant to use to grow while it'd making roots and are suppose to do that, the first set of leaves look fine. Do those cups have drain holes and the soil looks a bit wet and with those clear cups you should be see a lot of roots if not something is off. They look a bit spindly and stretched that could be the soil or light source.

fluorescent, 2055 lumen for 2 plants, changed the pots, bigger ones now, 10 liters, as you can see in the back is a small one, planted in the same time like other, but remained little, and now is dying i dont know why, and now i water with nuts too, NPK 8,5-3-4

Hmmmm, First ya may wanna put brown paper around the clear pots & since there's a lot of "stretch" place the kids a couple mm's from light source. Prob shoulda places seedlings in a 16 oz plastic cup & dunno if ya should do this now? Surely a bunch of knowledgable blokes will read this & give more info but in the meantime should be ok. Peace

is this size normal for week 4? and for the small ones in the back, i think i gave them a nutrient overdose, can i save them?

i dont think those small ones in the back need nutes yet man!
are you starting off with small amounts of nutes or the full amount the bottle says?
