plenty of recipes on here for that- I like mine made from fresh not dried and I cook it much longer til it's almost oily…..until you have some supply try this- I have used thisone and it is good too.

Same as above just replace the green dragon with your favorite! Chammomile. Do you make your own elixirs? Very cheap to do so. I know that the herb books TELL you to make a chammomile elixir with the german - but try one made from roman - the leaves not the blooms, very tasty and much cheaper to make!

Had my back more than once, so I got his. He settled in the nw (swear to it), and now has a dispensary grow. Ask me come in for awhile.
