Some of the dreams you have when you're ill can be quite scary & down right dangerous if you're trying to act them out while in that fog/dreamstate. When I was a kid, my neighbor was ill with a high fever. He dreamed the house was on fire & was sleepwalking in his delirium & fell out the back door & really skinned himself up in the bushes. Scared his wife senseless, she realized how easily he could have killed himself. So she started making the teenaged kids take turns skipping school to stay home & help her watch him. She was afraid to even leave him alone for a quick bathroom break after that.
-- Know what you mean about hiding to be alone. Not a fan of crowds, & LOUD ones make me go in the opposite direction. Get more than 2-3 kids together & they ALL scream. They have no idea what that sounds like to other people. Mom used to say the cure for that was to put a bucket over their head & let them hear themselves, that'll shut 'em up. Never seen it put into action, but I can imagine it would work! We all have times when loud noises send us into hiding. I'm a big fan of discipline too. Parents who don't smack an ass every now & then aren't doing their kids any favors. I've had people comment on the fact that my animals behave better than their kids. I've always said, discipline & training, works wonders, you should try it! My mom came from a big family & when ever anyone was sick, they'd come to see that sick person with the whole damned crew! Don't know why they couldn't understand a sick person wants to be left alone! Crowds don't aid healing, period!
-- What ever happened to protests & rallies anyway? Seems the whole human race has lost its backbone & LIKES the government to lead them around by the nose like lambs to the slaughter! If we don't fight for our rights, we loose them. Ranger, we need to wake these young people up! I can't remember the name of this movie, but it was about how the Vietnam war effected the youth of this country & all the protests & political bs that went on. Everybody under 30 (lets make that 40) should see it. I'll check out the previews on my dvds soon & find the name & let you know. I bet you have a lot of young people in your life you'd like to show it to. Lots of info about what we grew up with. Its eye-opening. ~~~~PEACE!~~~~
catbuds Reviewed by catbuds on . got a call Brother ranger, always knew him as Bigfoot(always going to kick someone's ass), has family medical problem. Had my back more than once, so I got his. He settled in the nw (swear to it), and now has a dispensary grow. Ask me come in for awhile. Working out of big greenhouses may change my questions, probably increase the number. So leaven on a jet plane- wish me luck, taking a camera for the wild life. Peace Rating: 5
