    Unknown Plant Problem, advice needed.

Hey guys, went to check on the lovely ladies today and it seems my great white shark is having what appears to be a nutrient deficiency. Note the wrinkly new leaves coming in. I'm currently using GH 3 step and feeding every second water. I've been using Neem Oil to prevent further spider mite attacks and it seems to be working but I fear that maybe It has impacted new growth. Any input is welcome.

Try keeping the neem spray off the growing shoots.
