Got bagged and wanting to know if anyone else has been in similar situation I am 17

I was bagged with a grinder, Raw rolling papers a glass blunt and about a gram. I have court the 24th and am currently drinking a lot of water to flush system so if drug test comes up in court I will pass and it will look better. I am just curious if anyone has been in this situation. I live in Ohio where it is decriminalized and all, I have a couple friends that have got bagged with a piece and about a g but never with a grinder a piece and papers. I am wanting to know what I can expect to receive in court.

I live in Australia so it's different. Relax. You're 17. Does a juvenile criminal record become sealed when you become "of age"? Common sense should tell the judge or magistrate that anyone caught with a gram could most likely also had papers and maybe mulling up utensils. Here the charge is worded something like that-"utensils", or used to be. Stupid charge, I guess alone that charge would get the cops a pinch but when they get the drug too, why bother? -but that's what they do, probably world over. I always get as many character references as you can. Perhaps, so long as it's true of course, explain it was an experiment(unless you are a heavy smoker and it's proven by the levels in your urine) and lucky you were caught as it scared you off for good and showed you the criminality of your "offense". Contrition is what they like to see in court. "I was wrong". Here they have the ability to record the charge but not on your record or some technicality that lets you off as it's a first offense. The more seriously you appear to have taken it the better they will judge you. If it seems I'm suggesting dishonesty, I'm not. You are clearly worried. You will only have a few moments to show the court who you are and how this bothers you. Talk about future prospects being damaged by this. Ask a doctor or whatever pre-sentence people you have there to urine you. Unless you were smoking a lot you should flush by then. If you feel you may not be "clean"(urine) by then ask for the levels to be shown NOW and day before court to show how they dropped. Here that might just about be enough for you to walk scott free. No record is best. You should also obtain proof of why you can't afford a hefty fine. At 17 that should be easy. Good luck.
