LIGHT SET-UP
I didn't want to pay for a grow fixture, so I made one. Lowe's and Home Depot have everything you require (except for the proper bulbs).
This is constructed from corrugated steel, steel beams, 5 double T5 fixtures 4' long and High Output 54W bulb ballasts. It is held together with nuts/bolts/washers/lock washers. It's not too heavy, because the corrugated steel is thin, but it does have a little bit of heft. Sorry I don't have a blueprint for this one. I made it on the fly and on the spot. It will hold 10 T5 bulbs. When loaded with 10 T5 54Watt 6500k bulbs this thing is blindingly bright!
