E-cup/E-screen Questions

I have scoured these forums for escreen questions so if this has been covered, I'm sorry. Wednesday afternoon I took an escreen test @ a doc-in-a-box. My employer asked me to call Friday morning to check if my DT results updated in the system, so I could start Monday. I subbed using clean urine from my sister and the temp was perfect. They sealed the bag and handed me a chain of custody form and I was on my way. I called Friday morning and it wasn't in the system yet. From what I've read the test is instant. If that's the case then why do they seal and ship to lab? There is an address for a lab in Louisiana. Do they ship it there? Does the doc-in-a-box do the test later? What the heck is going on? My anxiety is through the ROOF! I can't fail this test.
