Thank you for the reply. I have scoured the sticky for tips on using the dilution method. However, I couldn't get any solid advice on increasing my S/G. Since I know for a fact I will be having blood work done (they told me to fast after midnight and only drink water/black coffee if needed) I cannot use gatorade to increase my S/G.

Do you have any recommendations for increasing my S/G without intaking any sugary drinks or any other substances that could show up as red flags on a blood test?
