Dilution and Vitamins
This thought just occurred to me:
If I know I'm having blood work done, and there might be a possibility of a urine analysis before/after the blood work... should I attempt taking 10X the daily amount of B complex vitamins to change the color of my urine for the dilution method? Or will that be detected in the blood test and raise some red flags?
