The yellow has been there for about a week. I've been using straight water since. They continue to grow but that yellow looks bad, right? Any help is appreciated!

Looks like too little or too much of a certain nutrient. That plant is rather young to be hammering it with nutes just yet. Just feed when it needs it and if you need more info than this, you'll need to fill out the "sticky" form at the beginning of this section as best you can and re-post. The good news is the newer upper leaves look normal again since you've watered, so no permanent damage done yet. We need more info about your grow op to help you more.
