    would this increase my high

    i just took 4 nyquill liq caps because im conjested and i had a head ache... but from what i understand thats also a low dose of dex.. 120 mgs.. will smoking half a blunt help out?

    yeah it would work if you took 400-600 but you are probly gonna fall asleep, isn't there a sleep aid in Nyquill??
