they want me to take a 2nd test

Hi everybody- I've been offered a great job. Been completely clean since 5/12 but before that weekend I was clean for two weeks. I took a short notice drug screen on 5/23. I used vit b, cranberry pills, pecto and gatorade. And chugged chugged chugged. Didnt have time for creatine sups but i gorged on red meat night before. Tested negative at home before i went too. I figure a dilute sample was better than a positive sample. Well today they emailed me and said my previously scheduled phsyical would include another drug screen and gave me no more information (first one prob came up dilute).

I took an at home test today(second pee of the day, one glass of water) and there was no line. I went out and got creatine sups and will take three times the daily serving today, sat, and sun. Tommorrow I am going to drink 48 oz of water and test afterward. y

Questions: Am I taking enough creatine to make a difference? How can I avoid a second dilute result without coming up positive?

By the way - I can't find clean pee for substitution and am completely broke so I cant buy anthing. Thanks

Am I taking enough creatine to make a difference?

That would depend on what your "baseline" creatinine level was before loading and diluting - and youre not going to know this without testing yourself with a validity test kit.

When utilizing dilution techniques, its advisable to have some validity test strips at hand so you can keep tabs on your creatinine levels (as well as the urine Specific Gravity). These kits are inexpensive and are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".

That would be the way to go but I won't have time for shipping. Are they sold anywhere that isn't online? What are some experiences of others in regards to the creatine dosage? May want to check your nearby medical supply stores.

Each persons body and baseline creatinine level is different. Therefore, you cannot base your dosage on others dosage.
One thing to keep in mind though, is that there are no upper limits established for creatinine. However, this does not mean you should go overboard with creatine loading. Too much creatine can result in long unwanted bathroom sessions, sitting on the toilet seat.

Yep thats correct. As muscle tissues are broken down and rebuilt, creatine is metabolized into creatinine. It takes 2-3 days for the body to metabolize creatine into creatinine and be present in urine. Therefore, any creatine-loading should be done at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A.
