It's hard to see the small spots.
Get a good 30 -60X glass and/or post some close-ups.
If those spots show that they are eaten in, you may have thrips.
If they are simply discolorations and the leaf surface is level, we'll need some macro shots to diagnose.

Thanks a lot for your reply. here are the pics that I can get most closest shoot. And this is the environment that they are passing thier life. 2x18w + ultraviolet florescent. snow white florescent I am using Nit7%-phos6%Potas6% liquid nitrugent for every week.

btw How can I get rid of miners? and I guess they are discolorations.. How can I avoid from discolorations? I am a newbie for the forums and I ll try to read every day but while learning I appriciate every comment very much.
