The middle gal has a couple leaf miner tracks.
They're a minor annoyance.
It's hard to see the small spots.
Get a good 30 -60X glass and/or post some close-ups.
If those spots show that they are eaten in, you may have thrips.
If they are simply discolorations and the leaf surface is level, we'll need some macro shots to diagnose.

At least around here, leafminers are NBD.
We squish the larvae or remove that piece of leaf so they don't hatch, but otherwise don't bother with them.
It looks to me like those plants have been outdoors for a while.
If so, and there are no new thrip chewings, I'd just lose the UV, (not needed and counterproductive. The "blacklight kine radiate mostly far red 720 - 750 nm.)
And while far red can be useful just before lights-out, there is little point in having it on the same timer.
The germicidal quartz, UVb and c, will fry the plants, and you, while adding no value.
I grow buds with 0. UV and they are one hit and quit kine.
I'd replace it with a cool, or warm, white depending on the growth stage.
Then, I'd lower that light to 5 or 6 inches from the canopy. (Or raise the plants on boxes, whichever works best for ya)
The existing "spots" will fade a bit with time, but won't go away.
That's one of the reasons we keep taking pictures, to spot new damage.
Look at the new growth to see if you still have issues before you take action, yah?
Other than that, they look good.
Grow on.

Another thing that causes spots is not being clean make sure your hands are clean if you touch your plants and your tools. I've done a lot of research on keeping clean u be surprise what u carry on your hands and tools.
