Could I have contaminated my Quick Fix

I took a 10 panel test the other day, had my Quick Fix heated to a good temperature and delivered it ok.

Unfortunately I tested the temperature with a digital thermometer that had been in my mouth a couple of days ago for a little while. Could this cause a positive? Im probably being paranoid but this is for something pretty important.

I smoke about 1/8th a week and the thermometer had been out in the open with a ceiling fan on it if that might matter
