Over watered?
I can't tell do da from those pics...doesn't really look like anythings wrong to me. If you can stick your finger in the soil and some sticks to your finger, or if you can pick up the pot and it has some weight to it, don't water. If it's dry, nothing sticks to your finger and maybe some dirt has shrunk away slightly from the pot, or the pot feels lightweight, water it. It's probably better at that age to under, rather than over water it...it will start to wilt when it is under-watered.
It could just as easily be a Ph problem, so make sure of your water going in Ph, your soil Ph, and your overflow Ph. All the time, every time!
I've sure seen some small plant problems, but this is the smallest yet! LOL! Good Luck!
