    Frustrated Floridian .... Should I Relocate ?

    Hello everyone.

Self employed Internet investor, I can work from anywhere. I'm also a chronic pain sufferer in my right hip joint. Living in Fort Lauderdale weed is not readily available so was thinking about moving to legal state like California or Colorado.

No kids and I can move with ease, but I love Florida ...

    Thanks in advance!

I hear what you are saying about Florida, but it's not worth incarceration for medication.

I wonder if there might be a similar state, only with compassion?
    Hmmm, I wonderAttachment 291690

    Frustrated Floridian .... Should I Relocate ?

I currently live in Florida and I too am unhappy with the harassment of patients. My suggestion would be to move to Washington. You may be thinking "I can't move to Washington, it's too cold and it rains all the time." That's not completely true. I lived in Washington for a couple years, the best couple years of my life actually. There are very distinct climates in Washington. If you are looking for somewhere warm, try near the Yakima Valley area. Though I would avoid Yakima itself because crime is a real problem there. It's colloquially called "Little Chicago." The climate in southeast Washington is relatively dry, and gets quite warm. Precipitation is moderate. There are rarely heavy torrential downpours. I hear there are dust storms occasionally, but I personally never saw one. If you aren't worried about climate take a look at the Snoqualmie Ridge area. Living there can be expensive, so if money is an issue look for a suburb of Seattle. Bellevue is a nice area with a wide range of affordability. It's also very close to several other larger cities. Also as someone with computer skills, you might be able to get hired by Microsoft. I've never been to Western Washington, but I hear they get assaulted by foul weather often. Much like the Sunshine State. Try your hand at Craigslist. There are a lot of really nice locations available for rent. So you can check the area out for 6 months or a year and see how you like it.

You should definitely move. I am a chronic pain sufferer as well. I live in Portland Oregon. The Marijuana here is amazing and very affordable when compared to the going rate in a non 420 friendly state. Why go to a dealer and get whatever it is they have when you can go to a dispensary and legally have a huge selection of the highest quality herb around or just grow your own. Plus the Pacific Northwest is by far the most beautiful part of the country I've ever lived in. Northern California, Oregon or Washington would be awesome places to move for medical marijuana reasons.

You can definitely move! But if you ask me you gotta come to texas, anything thats made in colorado comes here, I live in austin and houston but Austin has the best of it all man, along with a great city thats not so harsh on marijuana laws we get pulled over all the time smoking in the car or smoking a joint in the street and all the police say is put it out. NO JOKE! its awesome here. What ever your job is im sure you can relocate to austin we have all the jobs and demands any state can offer. Look into it, i know many people with chronic pain and they stay medicated here in atx. Hope you find out what you wana do bud! Stay Medicated!

as a frustrated fellow bad-stater: yes.

plus florida is hot and humid as hell. my parents retired there for like 6 months before dad had a shit fit about the heat. i don't blame him. waking up at 7am and getting slammed in the face with a wall of 90 degree humid air as you leave your house is bad. i'm not sure i could ever get used to that. if i want that kinda weather, i'll move to thailand =P
