From personal experience with courts (and I've had my fair share... unfortunately) be expecting the worst. If you have time, go ahead and start preparing for a drug test.

But a bigger question... does your sentence require you to submit to drug testing? i still have every court paper i've gotten and for all criminal (i know you said traffic court, but im just giving my thoughts since i've never really dealt with traffic court) and it always outlines everything that you agree to under your sentence.

Go through them and see what you find. If you had community service and fines though, I wouldn't be surprised if you were in fact on probation. In my state, even traffic gets assigned probation, but its most likely unsupervised and you never report to an officer. Then your off when you pay off your fines and whatever else they make you do.
JonDough Reviewed by JonDough on . Really need help I have to go back to court again in June to turn in my community service and proof of payment. I wasn't on probation and I wasn't being drug tested from this period. My court was at a traffic court, city municipal actually and it was possession of paraphernalia and cannabis. Do you think I will be drug tested when I turn my stuff in to get it off my record? Rating: 5
