Droopy #1, #2, & #3
I'm pretty sure you were right about the over watering, as they look better and less droopy today. However, the leaves are starting to turn yellow now. I don't have a pH meter yet but I am getting one next week. I know that I need to measure the pH but I had the plants in some mild seed starter soil inside of coconut fiber cups and they grew out of the cups and needed to be transplanted much sooner than I had expected.
Here are some pictures of the plants today.

Fox Farms Ocean Forest mixed with around 30% perlite. No fertilizers yet. Distilled water with neutral pH, watering every other day or whenever the top 2 inches of soil are dry. Germinated 15 days ago, planted in soil 12 days ago. Rating: 5
