Are these from seeds bred from feminized seeds, is this what the off spring are morphing into? I've heard that it's not a good idea to use feminized seeds for breeding.

Ok, I'm running into the same thing, just to show. I didn't look super close at first for any female flowers once I saw plenty of balls. This boy showed male, I used the first flower to open to do a tiny bit of pollination on one gal, and then sent him outside to see what would happen. Bugs got to it outside and the sacs all dried up and died... Lo and behold a couple weeks later I check it closely and see lots of new sacs and a couple female flowers! No fem signs before this, just so you know. So no idea. None at all. Only thing I did was give it lots of ethylene gas using fruit up until I tossed it outside (maybe 2 weeks worth?).
