Critique 4 Micro Dual Grow( Bubbleponics & Organic Soil)

Hey Guys just finished setting up my remodeled cab grow and could use some constructive criticism. Here are my specs:
Strain: Multiple bagseed
Area: 48" Tall 12" Deep 30" Wide with reflector confining grow space to about 18" tall currently
Lighting: 4*35watt 6500k CFL
3*13watt 6500k CFL
2*26watt 5100k CFL
1*13watt 2700k CFL
total watt=244watt
Ventilation: 1 small box fan as exhaust
Nutes: Bubbleponics-currently just some aquatic plant food (10-12-4) and Miracle Grow Organic choice liquid concentrate (8-0-0) mixed with unsulphured molasses (1-0-5) and occasionally alfalfa(3.75-5.5_.75-3.5_.3 -.7)+molasses tea.
Temps & Humidity:Attachment 291480
a little high because of below
DIY CO2 added by 3 2liters with yeast sugar mix
