Yep! The instant assay kits function on the same principle as the home kits. And neither are more reliable than the other.

Thats possible. The client (employer, P/O, etc) can opt for an onsite instant screen if that option is available for them. Some clinics are not certified to conduct any onsite analysis - theyre only certified to collect the specimens. Thats why a sample gets sent to a lab facility.

Even if a sample is sent to a lab, thats nothing to really worry about. At the lab, an instant assay screen is still performed first. If the sample tests negative on the instant, youre home free - test over.:thumbsup:
