help what is this?

found these plants outside my house there is about six of them. I know this used to be party house where they smoked a lot. I've had a few friends tell me they were Pop points but I would like to know if they're right and what kind hand if I should get rid of them or not I live in Massachusetts.

lol i think thats milk weed or something like it. either way its not mj just a common weed.

it looks similar to but not exactly like the citronella (the stuff that keeps mosquitos away) i'm growing

what's it smell like?

it doesn't really smell like much but it is fuzzy

well it isnt milkweed i looked it up but its not herb. it doesnt grow out the top like that does. or other than a slight resemblance of the leaves. it looks closer to industrial hemp but even that would be stretch. just yank it and toss it.

I should probably add that they just sprouted 2 weeks ago and there about 8 inches tall and also there is 6 plants each at least 20 feet away from each other most other ones sprouted after so they are a little bit shorter and some of them are starting to get white peach fuzz on the leaves
