First time. Are they healthy?

6 days into 12/12. This one appears to have a genuine sack..2 seemingly visible balls in one spot, same pattern on the rest of the plant. Should I pull it or wait? Please take a look, I appreciate any responses. I guess I know what I should do.. this was my favorite plant though so it's depressing in a way..haha..ha..

I agree. The female budd will come out of a single ball looking node. It it seems to split even the slightest or isn't smooth more than likely you are looking at a male plant. From what I've noticed is you will see one small (possible) oval shape that will allow hair to grow from it.
