My First Grow Ever can i get some feedback.......
Drop the "300 watt", "200 watt". We know cfl wattages and don't bother with the "equivalent watts".
Well, for three lights and nine plants (count on 4-5 males), so five plants total. I'd go with 3 gallon grow bags. I've been using the woven , reusable grocery bags to grow. Put in 3 gallons or so and roll down the edge like a cuff. Cheap alternative to "smart pots". Cost about $1 each at the grocery store.

I use Miracle Grow which is a 24-8-16 mix. Works for me. For flowering I use Jack's Classic Blossom Booster with a 10-30-20 mix. I start the 'girls' (clones) on a mild mixture of MG right after they take root and show signs of new leaves. Here's a shot of three of them about a month after cloning - they are about 14" high - should be ready for flowering in another month or so. I'll take clones from these in about two weeks.

What hedges are you looking at, Gorilla?
blunt lover, you are likely to get a written reprimand for posting live links for products. I got 1 point for 8 weeks for a link to show someone some plastic pots on Amazon. Just a heads up.
