What if a sole propietor gets a negative dilute result? When doing dilution techniques, you should always load up on creatine to help maintain satisfactory creatinine levels (over 20 mg/dL). Be sure to do your creatine-loading at least 3 days prior to the U/A to allow adequate time for the body to convert the creatine into creatinine (the end waste product that is found in the urine).
