I can tell what does not work.. Super clean P and the "Neverfail" system. I stopped for 10 days, ate healthy and drank 1/2 gallon of water and 1/2 gallon of cranberry juice every day.. before THE DAY of testing. I must have pissed 10 times before the test and I still failed the UA... they found trace metabolites of THC... imagine that. I followed the direction to the letter even!! Of course the vendor will not refund my $$.. so the only way I can see to be clean is abstain for a minimum of 30 days.

2 I have been smoking on and off and I only take one hit at a time. Last time I smoked was a week and a half ago...then on 4/20 and then a few days before that. All one hit each day.........I should have a drug test in another week or two so if I abstain from smoking do you think I will be clean? I used to be a very heavy smoker until two months ago when I got laid off.....Since then my usage has dropped dramatically

PS....I work out with heavy weights 3-4 times a week so I started drinking about a gallon a day and also tried the niacin route....I hear it works and I also hear it does not work....I know that drinking alot of water does nothing because it is in your fat but if I work out that much and if I am 6'1" 180lbs how long would it take me considering the info I gave above?
