Bless your heart. It's not easy enjoying a good buzz in a place where it's not legal, I understand. In my town, a really good deal is an 8th (3.5g) for $25, for regular bud, not anything with a name I mean. Usually if you don't know the person it's $30 tho. In my opinion, if someone wants you to keep buying from them they'd hook it up a little. It appears to me that maybe your guy is either keeping a super tight budget, or he's doing the opposite of hooking it up. It looks like it could be 3gs once it's broken out, but it's hard to tell when they tie it in those little bundles like that. I suggest you purchase a little electric scale, so if someone tries to hustle you, you can show them you mean business if it doesn't weigh. Also, I'm not sure about the brown flakes, might be tobacco. That's not normal tho, should just be green, with the exception of red hairs and possible frost. If you check out the menus on cannabis websites, you will notice that dank weed in legal places costs the same as regular weed where we are. Hmmmmm


And, you can make a sploof! Get an empty, clean soda bottle. Poke 5 to 10 small to medium sized holes in the bottom of it. Stuff it with nice smelling dryer sheets, and when you take a hit, blow the smoke through it, and it will smell really good!

Also, I think you should get both a bong and papers. Bongs give ya a killer buzz, and papers are good for out and about ! :greenthumb:
