Root rot or what? Please help!

Hey, first time posting here. I recently had a struggle with a root rot problem on one of my plants that is in a DWC/Waterfarm drip setup, first it began with a red slime engulfing my root system. Did a quick a Hydrogen Peroxide 3% dunk and let the roots sit in the H2O2 while I sterlized and cleaned the waterfarm out. After the dunk I gently ran my fingers along the root system, grabbing any dead root matter that could easily come off. Rinsed the root system with some lukewarm water, than dunked in H2O2, for 2 minutes. I filled the res with H2O2 as well and then put the top back in the waterfarm, I let the drip and air pump run for 2 days. Luckily the red slime ceased to exist, but I still did the the dunk and sanitized the warmfarm again, basically did the same steps.

After two days, I let the H2O2 run it's course I then cleaned the res again, and put Hygrozyme into the res. It looks as if my roots are slowly become healthier.

Now for my main concern is the leaves portion, a lot of them seem dry or yellow. Is this from root rot? I use the GH nutes and follow the feeding guide, but I cut it down, due to the stress of the root rot. Leaves are still growing, but they are tried at the tips of the leaves with a brown line. I cannot find a solution to this, please help!

The Picture below of the root system is right before I added the Hygrozyme, then one is the most current picture of the root system. Also the picture of the stem, where those nodes are emerging from there used to be the first set of leaves and second set of leave, but they wilted away and broke off.

well im no hydro guy but something sounds wrong with air pump(there is one in those right? not just a water pump). either not running often enough or at all. if its just a water pump you gotta keep that moving or it will do exactly what it did and stagnate or form algea etc. also looks like the plant isnt getting enough light or it isnt close enough. just my thoughts fortunately there are some real talented hydro growers here so youll get your answers.
