Clones vs Seeds

We have been using seeds and clones for over 2 years now. We recently flowered out 3 mothers but before we did that we cloned 12-20 clones off each mother. Up until now our clones have done great. Sometimes we use the dome method and other times we just stick right in rockwool cube and throw it in the tub. But recently, our seeds and our clones have looked very wimpy. the ones we have under the dome also are accompanied with a head pad. Could it be the change in the weather causing our babies to wilt? I did read that clones will look wimpy a fews days after taken. The tub we throw them in has had the nutrients cut down to 1/4 of what is normally used. Could Cal-mag cause the droopiness or stop the growing? Any suggestions on how to get clones or seeds to really take off in the grow, I would love to hear them all, try them all, and weed out the ones that don't work for me. id suggest putting this in the plant problem section and fill out the troubleshooting form, thatll get ya there faster
