Well....I made it through that round and am prepared if it comes up again...this is all so messed up on so many levels...But I can't put it out here for fear of too much info...but if all the planets are aligned I still have a chance to pass it should my "#" come up before I am clean. OMG! 4 weeks is going to seem like forever....hoping they get behind again. But I was told it is not direct observation...the person in the bathroom with you turns their head/back. REALLY??? We aren't talking about a bathroom with stalls...they are standing 2ft or less from you. Back turned or not...still unacceptable.

They found a joint in the parking lot and are testing EVERYBODY. Calling it random....but using direct observation. My state really doesn't have any laws regarding testing...so I guess employers can get away with what they want??? I am going to have to refuse on principal alone.... I am not a criminal...I will not strip and have some chick staring at my stuff while I pee in a cup....that is just degrading. So I guess I will Rating: 5
